Black sesame bundt cake

Ingredients :

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cups sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1 1/2 tsp baking soda

2 tbsp black sesame seeds roasted and grounded to powder using food processor

1 tsp salt

1 cup milk

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup black sesame paste*

2 large eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp honey

1 cup boiling water mixed with 2 tbsp instant brewed coffee

Directions :

-Preheat your oven to 160C,spray a bundt cake pan with a non stick cake spray,and set aside.

-Sift the flour,baking powder,baking soda,black sesame powder and salt in a large bowl and mix with a spoon together.

-Add the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract ,sugar, black sesame paste and honey then mix with an electric mixer until combined well.

-Then slowly add the boiling instant brewed coffee, and mix until well combined.

-Place the batter the cake pan and bake at 160C for 35-40 minutes,or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.

-Cool for 15 minutes in the pan, then turn onto a wire rack and cool completely.

- Serve with a cup of tea and enjoy!

**If You couldn't find the black sesame seed paste in the market ,here is a way to make it at home :

In a food processor pulse 1/2 cup roasted black sesame seeds. Process until almost all the seeds have been ground into a powder. Add 1/4 cup honey and 1/4 cup white sesame oil .Continue to process until thick paste is achieved. Add 1/4 cup of Tahini paste and mix to make it soft paste.
